The Land Use Planning Department is offered to all citizens residing within the limits of the Town of Grand Falls, Municipality of Drummond, Rural Community of Saint-André, and the Town of Saint-Léonard inclusively. The department issues development, building and renovation permits. We also handle all issues relating to zoning and/or subdivision plans. We remit civic numbers for 911 public security purposes.
