I Need a Permit for...
Certain building / development projects in the Town of Grand Falls require permits before they start. Based on the Town of Grand Falls regulations, projects that require a building / development permit before construction starts are:

new electrical entrance or modifications to existing system

Preferably, you should contact the Land Use and Planning Services department before applying for a building / development permit in order to obtain all necessary information for the permit. You must then visit Town Hall in order for you permit to be issued.
If your work proceeds without the required permit, a fine may be issued and an inspector may issue a stop-work order until a permit is obtained.
